Breathwork Coaching

The wisdom of breathwork has been used for centuries by many cultures as a naturalistic way to enhance physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual  wellbeing. The breathwork that I teach one-to-one or in group settings comes from the yogic tradition of pranayama. Through the practice of pranayama you will learn how to harness the power of your breath in order to bring about feelings of regulation, restoration and relaxation.

 

We live in a culture where pressure, stress and busyness is the regular state of being, as we rush from one place, one meeting, one activity to another. It can feel like you do not have time to "catch your breath", learning to become aware of your breath and mastering conscious breathing techniques can provide an oasis of calm in a storm.

 

Anyone of any age or fitness can benefit from breathwork, whether you are seeking to gain a deeper connection with your body, mind and/or spirit or wishing to breathe more fully and increase your vitality.
